JCS would like to congratulate Coral Brandt for receiving the honor of NAWIC Columbia SC # 113 member of the year for 2012-13. Coral was selected for being an extremely involved member over the last year. As Civic co-chair, she led the Columbia chapter’s involvement with many worthwhile endeavors including: Harvest Hope, Families Helping Families, and Relay for Life. At the chapter’s annual Block Kids competition, Coral provided an entertaining and educational presentation that both parents and students enjoyed. She has also served as the chapter’s Teammate chair and has done an excellent job in keeping in touch with the Roanoke Valley Virginia Chapter. During the Forum event, she prepared a basket of local Columbia SC products to raffle with the proceeds being contributed to NEF in honor of the Teammate Chapter. Throughout the year she has supported all chapter events and functions, as well as being active at monthly membership meetings. Finally, Coral has agreed to serve on NAWIC Columbia’s Chapter Board for 2013-14 year. Her professionalism shines through in everything she does!
