Michael Ritchie, NCARB, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Michael is responsible for the development and implementation of design strategies and initiatives helping to define the firm’s creative vision. As a member of the JCS team since 2009, he has focused on the belief that collaboration and the exchange of ideas is critical to a successful project. In focusing on the importance of architectural discourse within the office, Michael is dedicated to fostering the creative process from the programming stage through final construction. Recent projects include Catawba Ridge High School, Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, Southeastern Freight Lines corporate office addition, and River Bluff High School. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Design from Clemson University’s College of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
